As Intrawest Placemaking’s Land Development Manager, Matt was responsible for planning and executing multi-million dollar land development projects in world renowned destination resorts. More recently as a principal at AMC Development Management Services, Matt’s land development expertise has been utilized at Vancouver, B.C.’s parq Resort & Casino to manage the planning and implementation of the resort’s approvals, infrastructure and raw land development requirements. Matt is currently working with Trail Appliances, Western Canada’s largest provider of home appliances to plan and develop Trail’s retail, warehousing and office projects in B.C. and Alberta. Matt is also currently working with Trilogy Properties Corp planning the infrastructure requirements of the 700 acre CAYET master-planned community. Matt received his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2012.
